Artificial Intelligence (AI)  It is one of the fastest growing fields in recent years, showing great potential and controversy in the field of scientific research. AI can improve research efficiency, reduce human errors, and tap deeper knowledge by automating the analysis and processing of data. Today's researchers can significantly reduce the effort spent on searching and reading literature, understand the progress of existing research at a lower cost, and propose new research questions based on this.

In 2023, we entered the AI 4.0 era, and the subsequent emergence of GPT-4 and Gemini showed many unknown potentials, including literature reading, writing papers and project applications, and designing experimental plans to predict development directions.

AI technology has brought new systematic opportunities to the scientific field. In the past few years, AI for Science has become one of the most popular fields, and some remarkable research results have emerged. In order to further enhance the use of this new technology by scientific and technological personnel, especially those in the fields of chemistry and materials, this "Seminar on the Application of AI Technology in Chemistry and Materials Science Research" is held.

As one of the earliest open communities to pay attention to AI for Science, HyperAI has also participated in the "Seminar on the Application of AI Technology in Chemistry and Materials Science Research" as a cooperative media.

As a leading artificial intelligence and high-performance computing community in China, HyperAI has long been paying attention to the latest developments in AI for Science and has interpreted nearly 100 cutting-edge papers, aiming to share the latest research results at home and abroad. At the same time, it also conducts in-depth interviews with university research groups to further understand the development status of AI for Science in my country.

In addition, the HyperAI official website has launched thousands of data set resources and hundreds of machine learning tutorials to help lower the threshold for AI for Science research and help developers with relevant needs or interested in AI for Science create a low-cost and convenient development environment.

This conference mainly focuses on the application of AI technology in chemistry and materials science, including tool software, application examples and application results, aiming to promote the development and innovation in these fields.The conference is divided into three parts: expert reports, young scientist reports and AI special training courses.The conference invited AI professionals and scholars in the fields of chemistry and materials science to introduce research results in their respective fields and raise current challenges.
