CryoNuSeg は、凍結切片の H&E 染色組織画像における核インスタンスのセグメンテーションのためのデータセットです。このデータセットには 10 個の人間の臓器からの画像が含まれており、512 × 512 ピクセルの固定サイズで、観察者内および観察者間の変動を測定できるように 3 つの人間の注釈が提供されています。
