CholecT50, short for Cholecystectomy Action Triplet, is an endoscopic video dataset about laparoscopic cholecystectomy, containing 50 videos in total. They are 45 videos from the Cholec80 dataset and 5 videos from an internal dataset of the same surgical operation. These videos are annotated with triple information in the form of (instrument, verb, target). This dataset is mainly used to study fine-grained action recognition in laparoscopic surgery.
The CholecT50 dataset is an extension of the CholecT40 dataset, adding 10 videos and standard courses.
The CholecT45 dataset is a subset of the CholecT50 dataset, consisting of the Cholec80 dataset and the 45 videos that are first made public in the CholecT50 dataset.
