BSH Unveils AI-Powered Kitchen Innovations and First North American Cordless Stick Vacuums at CES 2026

BSH Home Appliances is making a major impact at CES 2026 with its most extensive showcase to date at booth #16203 in Las Vegas. The company is unveiling a suite of innovative, AI-powered appliances and technologies designed to enhance everyday living through intelligent, user-centric solutions. At the heart of the presentation is Bosch Cook AI, a groundbreaking feature set to launch in the Home Connect app. This agentic AI system uses advanced sensors, proprietary Bosch appliance technology, and dynamic learning to guide users through complex cooking tasks in real time. Unlike traditional recipe apps, Bosch Cook AI adapts to ingredients on hand and coordinates multiple appliances simultaneously—such as ovens, cooktops, and steamers—to achieve precise, desired outcomes. For example, it can manage cooking multiple steaks to different levels of doneness at once, delivering restaurant-quality results with minimal effort. In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Bosch has integrated Amazon’s new Alexa+ generative AI into the Bosch 800 Series fully-automatic espresso machine. This enables natural language interaction—users can speak to their machine like a barista, adjusting grind size, brew strength, and temperature with simple voice commands. The AI leverages machine learning and a vast knowledge base to refine coffee routines over time, delivering personalized, barista-level drinks at home. BSH also launched its first-ever cordless stick vacuums in North America: the Unlimited 9 and Unlimited 10. Featuring Bosch’s exclusive MicroClean Technology, these vacuums detect and capture up to 99.9% of dust particles as small as 0.3 microns. A built-in MicroClean LED Ring turns blue when surfaces are truly clean, offering visual confirmation of thorough cleaning. Powered by a high-efficiency brushless motor developed and manufactured in Germany, both models come with a 10-year motor warranty, underscoring Bosch’s commitment to durability and performance. The booth experience is elevated by live demonstrations from top culinary talent, including Nyesha Arrington, Marcel Vigneron, and Bryan Voltaggio—celebrity chefs known from shows like “Top Chef,” “Iron Chef,” and “Tournament of Champions.” Their cooking performances highlight the precision and power of Bosch appliances in real-world settings. BSH is also leading conversations on the future of smart homes through two official CES panels. Darcy Clarkson, BSH Region North America CEO, will speak on “The Latest in Smart Devices and Smart Home Integration” on January 7. Michael Venus, Head of Connected Devices & Digital Products, will join the “Smarter Together” panel on January 8, discussing how standards like Matter are enabling AI-driven, cross-compatible smart home ecosystems. With its blend of cutting-edge AI, sensor technology, and premium design, BSH is reinforcing its position as a global leader in intelligent home appliances. The company’s presence at CES 2026 reflects its mission to make life easier, more intuitive, and more enjoyable through technology that truly understands users.
