Wrike Unveils Agenda for Collaborate 2025 Focusing on Human-AI Collaboration, Workflow Innovation, and Peak Productivity

Wrike has announced the full agenda for its eighth annual Collaborate 2025 conference, set for October 8 and 9, 2025, in a virtual format with regional broadcasts. The event centers on the evolving relationship between human creativity and artificial intelligence, aiming to help organizations streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and scale impactful work through intelligent collaboration. The conference kicks off with a visionary keynote by Wrike CEO Thomas Scott, who will explore how work management is being reshaped by AI and unveil the company’s strategy for innovation, AI-powered capabilities, and community-driven growth. Scott emphasized that the best ideas come from those doing the work, and Collaborate 2025 is designed to turn scattered inputs into connected, high-impact outcomes. A standout session, the fireside chat titled “Human Ingenuity, AI Velocity,” features Scott in conversation with R “Ray” Wang, CEO of Constellation Research, moderated by Wrike’s Head of Analyst Relations Susan Tonkin. The discussion will examine how AI is transforming workflows and workforce design in real time. Wrike’s CMO Christine Royston and CRO George Saadeh will present the Executive Keynote: “Chaos to Clarity: The AI Workflow Advantage.” Drawing on insights from a 2025 AI research survey of over 1,000 knowledge workers, the session introduces a practical framework to help leaders close context gaps, simplify processes, and drive organizational success. The Product Keynote, led by Wrike’s Chief Product Officer Alexey Korotich, will showcase the latest advancements in AI, automation, and visual collaboration. The session will highlight how Wrike is enabling teams to turn initial ideas into scalable enterprise execution. Customer voices will take center stage in the panel “Elite Ideas From the Wrike Community,” featuring real-world examples from James Ball of Jellyfish, Ali Moses of Varsity Yearbook, and Melissa Dekoff of New Belgium Brewing. They will share how they use Wrike Copilot, dashboards, Klaxoon integrations, and new workflow tools to boost efficiency and creativity. A special highlight is the session “Peak Performance: Harnessing the Power of the Flow State,” led by Steven Kotler, New York Times bestselling author and cofounder of the Flow Research Collective. Kotler will explore how achieving flow—deep focus and peak performance—can be enhanced by AI, not replaced by it, offering insights into maximizing human potential in the age of intelligent tools. Wrike CEO Thomas Scott said the event reflects the company’s mission to bring clarity and intelligence to modern work. He noted that today’s work is multimodal, blending visual collaboration, structured workflows, and governance—and Wrike is built to unify these elements into one seamless platform. Registration for Collaborate 2025 is now open at wrike.com/collaborate/conference/. The event will provide actionable strategies and real-world stories for teams and leaders navigating the future of work.
