In this role, Shah will oversee all legal, ethics, and compliance functions across the organization and serve as a strategic legal advisor to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors. Shah brings nearly two decades of legal and compliance leadership experience across the aerospace, defense, healthcare, and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for the Marine & Mobility Engines business at GE Aerospace, where she provided legal guidance on defense contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance, international law, and intellectual property matters. Prior to GE, Shah was General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at J&J Worldwide Services, where she managed all legal and compliance operations, led global contracting and governance initiatives, and supported the company’s $800 million acquisition by CBRE. Earlier in her career, she held senior legal leadership positions at Valiant Integrated Services and progressive legal roles at Stryker Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Supreme Group.
