Musk once teased Grok producing a feature film; a seven-minute short of 'The Odyssey' debuts first

About three months ago, Musk stated that Grok would produce a historically faithful full-length film of the Odyssey. Now, the first finished clips released by Grok Imagine last about seven minutes and are labeled as "Episode 1 of the Odyssey series." The work was produced by Grok Imagine in collaboration with Wonder Studios and director Dev Walker; there is currently no release date for the complete feature-length film. This short film has also been compared to Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey, which was released this year. Musk had previously criticized the casting of Nolan’s film, while Nolan has publicly expressed skepticism toward AI technology. However, the two works differ in their production methods and current length: Nolan’s film has already completed its theatrical release, while the Grok version is currently just the opening episode of a series.
