Beale Infrastructure Bolsters Leadership with New COO and CFO to Accelerate North American Digital Infrastructure Expansion

Beale Infrastructure, a developer of sustainable data centers and utility-scale infrastructure, has announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Julian Kudritzki as Chief Operating Officer and Courtney Jolicoeur as Chief Financial Officer. The additions are part of the company’s strategy to accelerate the buildout of its North American digital infrastructure platform, which was launched in 2024 to meet surging demand for responsibly sited data centers and energy infrastructure. The appointments follow Beale’s growing momentum in developing large-scale projects in partnership with utilities, local governments, and community stakeholders. The company’s model emphasizes alignment with regional economic development goals and environmental sustainability, ensuring that digital infrastructure investments support long-term growth and responsible stewardship. Beale is a portfolio company of funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, one of the world’s largest private investors in digital infrastructure. Ayla Matthews, Managing Director of Digital Infrastructure at Blue Owl Capital, highlighted the company’s unique approach: “Digital infrastructure growth is accelerating, but the industry faces significant challenges—navigating community partnerships, interconnection backlogs, and aging systems. Hyperscale data centers require a deeply thoughtful, collaborative approach. Beale has built its platform to address these realities. With Julian and Courtney joining an already strong team of development and execution leaders, Beale is exceptionally well positioned for sustained growth.” As Chief Operating Officer, Julian Kudritzki will lead the company’s commercial operations, customer engagement, and end-to-end product delivery. With over 20 years of experience in scaling digital infrastructure, Kudritzki most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue & Product at Ada Infrastructure, where he delivered 900 MW of capacity across three continents. Prior to that, he led Microsoft’s Azure Infrastructure Strategy & Development team, responsible for deploying more than $50 billion in cloud infrastructure investments across 16 countries. “Beale is positioned to solve one of the defining challenges of our time—delivering power-secure, responsibly-sited infrastructure to enable North America’s digital transformation,” Kudritzki said. “The team, mission, and institutional backing are exactly what’s needed to meet this moment. I look forward to working with our customers and communities to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects with lasting impact.” Courtney Jolicoeur, as Chief Financial Officer, will oversee capital sourcing, risk management, and financial governance. She joins Beale from Unico Properties, where she served as CFO, managing corporate strategy, financial operations, accounting, investor reporting, and system implementations. Her background includes senior financial leadership roles at Amazon, VEREIT Inc., Cole Capital, and Ernst & Young, with deep experience in high-growth environments and large-scale real estate portfolios. “Beale’s model is built on responsible development and long-term partnerships,” Jolicoeur said. “I’m excited to help guide these multi-billion dollar investments into North American communities and scale the platform’s operations to meet the needs of the next generation of technology.” Beale is currently advancing multiple large-scale data center and infrastructure projects into construction this year, targeting regions with strong utility partnerships, access to skilled labor, and available land and power. The company recently held a groundbreaking ceremony in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, marking the start of a $1 billion initial investment phase, with completion expected in early 2027. Additional projects are underway in Arizona and Kansas.
