Bentley Systems Announces 2025 Going Digital Awards Winners Across Global Regions

Bentley Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BSY), a global leader in engineering software for infrastructure, announced the winners of the 2025 Going Digital Awards in Infrastructure during its Year in Infrastructure event held in Amsterdam from October 15 to 16. The annual awards honor outstanding projects and professionals who are transforming infrastructure through innovative digital solutions. This year, nearly 250 projects from 47 countries were nominated across 12 categories, with winners selected by an independent jury. Chris Bradshaw, Chief Sustainability and Education Officer at Bentley Systems, praised the awardees for demonstrating how digital advancements—from connected data to artificial intelligence—are revolutionizing infrastructure design, construction, and asset performance. He emphasized that these projects are setting new benchmarks for resilience, sustainability, and impact across all infrastructure sectors. The 2025 Going Digital Awards winners span key infrastructure domains, including Bridges & Tunnels, Urban & Campus Facilities, Energy Production, Rail & Transit, Roads & Highways, Structural Engineering, Subsurface Modeling, Water & Wastewater, and more. Each project exemplifies the integration of digital twin technologies, data-driven workflows, and advanced software to enhance efficiency, safety, and long-term asset value. In addition to the category awards, Bentley recognized 18 exceptional projects, individuals, and organizations with the Founders’ Honors—awards personally selected by the company’s founders to reflect Bentley’s mission of advancing global infrastructure to improve quality of life. Among the special honors, the Bentley-Envision Award for Sustainable Infrastructure was presented to a project that went beyond technical excellence and economic value to deliver measurable environmental and social impact. All nominees for this award were evaluated by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI), the nonprofit behind the Envision® framework for sustainable infrastructure, in collaboration with Bentley’s sustainability team. The Bentley Educator of the Year 2025 award was also presented to a distinguished academic professional recognized for innovative teaching methods, deep student engagement, and the successful integration of cutting-edge engineering software into academic curricula. The recipient was chosen by an independent panel for their transformative role in shaping the next generation of infrastructure leaders. The awards highlight a growing trend in the industry: the fusion of digital innovation, sustainability, and education to build smarter, more resilient infrastructure systems. Bentley Systems continues to support this evolution through its comprehensive software suite, which spans engineering disciplines, industrial sectors, and the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects. Its digital twin solutions empower professionals to unlock the full value of data, improving project delivery and asset performance. As infrastructure challenges grow in complexity—driven by climate change, urbanization, and technological change—these awards underscore the critical role of digital transformation in creating lasting, sustainable, and human-centered solutions.
