Patel brings decades of experience in scaling and transforming enterprise software platforms, with a strong track record in global SaaS, AI innovation, and cloud-driven technology leadership. In his new role, Patel will lead MeridianLink’s technology vision and execution, accelerating customer-centric innovation across the company’s digital lending and account opening platform. In this role, he worked closely with portfolio company leadership and boards to drive technology value creation, AI readiness, and cloud transformation initiatives. Prior to Permira, Patel held senior leadership positions at Genesys, where he served as Senior Vice President and Multi-Cloud CTO. There, he led global engineering teams responsible for a $1 billion customer experience platform, significantly improving system resiliency to 99.999% and enhancing customer satisfaction.
