Prior to Amazon, Marcus served as a Managing Director at BlackRock, where she established a global AI office and headed the AI Leadership & Transformation team. Her tenure also includes high-level positions such as Chief Data Analytics Officer at Millennium Partners and Global Head of Big Data Analytics at Credit Suisse. These roles have equipped her with a deep understanding of financial markets and the strategic application of AI to solve complex challenges.
