AiStrike Raises $7M to Advance AI-Native Preemptive Cyber Defense

The era of purely reactive cybersecurity is coming to an end. AiStrike, a San Francisco-based cybersecurity company at the forefront of AI-native, preemptive defense, has announced a $7 million Seed funding round to accelerate the development and deployment of its agentic AI platform for security operations. The round was led by Blumberg Capital, with additional participation from Runtime Ventures, Oregon Venture Fund, and a group of strategic angel investors. Despite years of significant investment in security tools, most organizations continue to rely on reactive approaches—detecting threats after they occur, responding to breaches, and mitigating damage. AiStrike is redefining this model by building a system that anticipates and neutralizes threats before they materialize, using autonomous AI agents that continuously monitor, analyze, and act across complex IT environments. The company’s platform leverages advanced machine learning and real-time behavioral analytics to identify anomalies, predict attack patterns, and automatically execute defensive actions—such as isolating compromised systems or blocking malicious traffic—without human intervention. This shift from detection to prevention marks a fundamental evolution in how enterprises protect their digital assets. AiStrike’s technology is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing security infrastructures, enhancing capabilities without requiring a complete overhaul. By automating the most time-consuming and error-prone aspects of threat response, the platform enables security teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than firefighting. The new capital will be used to expand the engineering team, enhance the platform’s AI models, and accelerate customer adoption across industries facing increasing cyber threats, including finance, healthcare, and critical infrastructure. “Cybersecurity can no longer afford to be a game of catch-up,” said the company’s leadership. “With AI-powered attacks growing in sophistication and frequency, we need AI-powered defense that’s proactive, adaptive, and autonomous. That’s what we’re building at AiStrike.” The funding comes at a pivotal moment as organizations across the globe grapple with rising cybercrime, supply chain vulnerabilities, and the growing complexity of digital ecosystems. AiStrike’s vision is to create a new standard in cybersecurity—one where systems don’t just respond to threats, but anticipate and stop them before they happen.
