Meta layoffs signal harsh AI reality at Zuckerberg's company

The tool has reportedly slowed company computers, further fueling employee frustration. Internal data from the professional network Blind indicates a sharp decline in Meta's employee ratings, with a 39% drop in culture scores compared to 2024 peaks. Experts suggest this aggressive restructuring reflects a broader industry shift where companies are utilizing the threat of AI replacement to enforce cultural changes.
