Autel Energy Unveils Next-Gen Liquid-Cooled Charging and AI-Powered Energy Storage at All-Energy Australia 2025
Autel Energy, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology, has unveiled its next-generation liquid-cooled charging systems and integrated smart energy solutions at All-Energy Australia 2025, the largest clean energy event in the Southern Hemisphere. The launch marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region and underscores its dedication to advancing sustainable energy infrastructure. Australia remains a key strategic market for Autel Energy. Henry He, CEO of Autel Energy APAC, emphasized the company’s long-term commitment, stating, “Australia is Autel's strategic market. Autel Australia is committed to invest more resources into Australia and bring the most innovative solutions into the Australian environment together with strong support from local partners.” Prior to the exhibition, Autel Energy introduced the MaxiCharger DS600L Liquid-Cooled System and MaxiModule LCM60/120 Liquid-Cooled Power Modules at an exclusive EV Charging Innovation Seminar held on October 28 at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne. The DS600L is a high-power, next-generation charging solution engineered for scalability, flexibility, and reliability. With integrated liquid-cooled power modules, the system delivers up to 3 MW of total output per cabinet cluster and supports both CCS and MCS charging standards—ideal for fleet and depot applications. It seamlessly integrates with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and photovoltaic (PV) systems through Autel’s proprietary Energy Management System (EMS), optimizing energy flow and operational efficiency. The DS600L features AI-driven predictive maintenance, a 1+1 mainboard redundancy design, intelligent operations and maintenance capabilities, and an uptime exceeding 99%, ensuring stable, future-ready performance for large-scale EV infrastructure. The system also offers flexible compatibility with various dispensers and terminals, from passenger vehicle chargers to heavy-duty truck units, allowing for customized deployment across diverse use cases. At All-Energy Australia 2025, from October 29 to 30, Autel showcased its comprehensive Autel iGreen Charging Solution—a one-stop intelligent network combining solar, storage, charging, and management systems. The solution includes the new-generation MaxiCharger DC Series, such as the DH480 with up to 480 kW dual-port output for fast, simultaneous charging, and the DT500, designed for heavy-duty transport and fleet operations with a 500 A capacity. The AC Single Charger delivers reliable 22 kW charging, making it well-suited for high-traffic commercial and residential locations, and supports intelligent load balancing across up to 200 connected chargers. The Autel iGreen Solution also features a fully integrated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), built around the MaxiESS ESA500, MaxiEdge Controller, and MaxiPower X/S Energy Management System (EMS). This combination forms a robust foundation for next-generation charging networks, supporting scalable cabinet systems, high-performance terminals, and all-in-one chargers. Through Autel’s self-developed CSMS (Charging Station Management System) and EMS platforms, the system enables real-time coordination between solar generation, energy storage, and EV charging. Dynamic charge and discharge strategies maximize efficiency and reliability, delivering energy cost savings of over 30%. AI integration is central to Autel’s innovation strategy. The company’s AI-powered systems enable predictive maintenance, real-time network optimization, and enhanced user experience. These capabilities allow operators to proactively manage infrastructure, reduce downtime, and provide a smoother, more reliable charging experience for EV drivers. With its advanced hardware, intelligent software, and deep commitment to sustainability, Autel Energy is positioning itself as a key enabler of Australia’s clean energy transition and the future of smart, efficient EV charging.
