Technical teams subsequently collect operational data to fine-tune the underlying foundation models, with complex tasks demanding up to 50 hours of curated footage. Initial field performance targets 70 percent autonomy, supplemented by teleoperation and remote monitoring to guarantee reliability. Robot.com prioritizes immediate labor strain reduction and improved worker satisfaction over speculative general-purpose automation, positioning the technology as a pragmatic near-term solution for businesses managing staffing shortages. This rollout builds upon Robot.com’s established operational backbone, which includes a historical fleet of 500 units and over 2.5 million completed tasks. The company maintains dedicated infrastructure for fleet maintenance, remote service desks, and data architecture, enabling rapid scaling.
