**Abstract:** On December 26, 2024, the 19th Award Ceremony of the Ho Ying Tung Education Foundation for Youth Science and Teaching Awards in Higher Education Institutions was held in Nanjing, China. Three faculty members from Tsinghua University were honored with these prestigious awards: Liu Qiang from the Department of Chemistry, Lin Linhan from the Department of Precision Instruments, and Feng Peng from the Department of Civil Engineering. Each recipient has made significant contributions in their respective fields, showcasing the university's commitment to fostering excellence in both scientific research and education. **Liu Qiang:** Liu Qiang, an associate professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University, received the Youth Science Award Second Prize. He joined Tsinghua University in July 2015 and has since focused on the structure, properties, and catalytic applications of abundant metal hydrogen active intermediates. His research has significant implications for green synthesis, chiral drug development, biomass conversion, and chemical hydrogen storage. Liu has published over 80 academic papers, which have been cited more than 8,000 times. He has received numerous accolades, including the Humboldt Research Fellowship in 2012, the Thieme Chemistry Journals Award in 2017, and the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2018. Liu has also served as an editorial board member for journals such as "Green Synthesis and Catalysis" and "Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry" since 2019, and as an advisory editorial board member for "Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry" since 2022. In addition to his research achievements, Liu has been recognized for his teaching excellence, receiving the Tsinghua University Annual Teaching Excellence Award in 2021 and being named an Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Supervisor in 2021 and 2024. **Lin Linhan:** Lin Linhan, an associate professor at the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University, was also awarded the Youth Science Award Second Prize. She has received the Jinguo Fan Youth Scholar Award from the China Instrument and Control Society in 2022. Lin serves on various committees, including the Micro and Nano Committee of the Chinese Society of Optical Engineering, the 8th Committee of the Precision Machinery Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society, and the Optical Precision Forming Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Imaging Science and Technology. She is also a young member of the Laser Application Branch of the Chinese Optical Society and an associate editor for the international journal PhotoniX. Her research focuses on nanophotonics, laser micro and nano manufacturing, three-dimensional photonic integration, and quantum optical materials and devices. Lin has published over 60 papers in high-impact journals such as Science, Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, and Science Advances. Her work has been featured in over 100 articles and reports in prestigious publications and media outlets, including Nature, Science, and the Guangming Daily. Notably, some of her research was included in the "Nature 2018 Nobel Physics Prize Special Issue" and has been recognized in the American Optical Society's Optical Advances of the Year in 2018 and 2023. Additionally, her contributions have been highlighted in the 2022 Top Ten Optical Progresses in China, the 2022 Top Ten Social Impact Events in the Optical Field, the 2023 Top Ten Major Technological Progresses in China, and the 2023 Top Ten Research Progresses in the Chinese Semiconductor Field. **Feng Peng:** Feng Peng, a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University, was awarded the Teaching Award Second Prize. Feng is a recipient of the Beijing Teaching Master Award and currently serves as the department head. His research and teaching focus on high-performance composite material structures, new concrete structures, and construction technology in extreme environments. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, Feng has led courses such as "Concrete Structures" (a national-level quality course and first-class course), "Principles and Experiences of Smart Construction Kits" (a Tsinghua University quality general education course), and "Theoretical Foundations of Fiber-Reinforced Composite Materials Engineering Structures." He has also played a crucial role in guiding young faculty members, serving as the head of the Engineering Guidance Group for the Tsinghua University Young Teachers Teaching Competition, where he has helped over 40 young teachers win awards at both the Beijing and national levels. Feng co-founded the National College Student Structural Design Information Technology Competition and the IROS International Robotic Construction Challenge. He has supervised over 30 graduate students, 10 of whom have received Tsinghua University's Outstanding Degree Thesis Award. Feng's teaching efforts have been recognized with a National Teaching Achievement Award, four Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards, and eight Tsinghua University Teaching Achievement Awards. In terms of research, he has led more than 30 national key research and development projects, authored one ISO standard, five national standards, and two group standards. Feng has been honored with the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Innovative Team), the National Science and Technology Progress Award Second Prize, and the Science Exploration Award. **Ho Ying Tung Education Foundation:** The Ho Ying Tung Education Foundation was established in 1986 with the mission of supporting and recognizing outstanding young faculty members in higher education institutions in China. The 19th edition of the awards saw 165 teachers from 124 universities receive recognition, with 10 receiving the First Prize and 155 receiving the Second Prize.
