Data Science Bowl 2017 is a lung CT scan data provided by the National Cancer Research Center of the United States, which is used to screen lung cancer and thereby strive for the best treatment time.
The dataset contains a large number of CT images from high-risk patients, each image containing multiple axial slices of the thorax and a variable number of 2D slices, the latter of which can vary based on the machine that scanned the patient.
This dataset was released by Kaggle in 2017.
