CIFAKE is a synthetic dataset for identifying AI-generated images released by the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR) in 2023. The related paper results are "CIFAKE: Image Classification and Explainable Identification of AI-Generated Synthetic Images"CIFAKE is a binary classification image dataset. This dataset has important practical application value for enhancing the robustness of image processing technology and improving the recognition ability of AI-generated content, especially in the fields of news dissemination and social media monitoring.
The dataset contains 60,000 real images and 60,000 AI-synthesized images, and is designed to evaluate the ability of computer vision models to recognize AI-generated images.
The data includes:
- REAL: 60,000 real images from the CIFAR-10 dataset
- FAKE: Stable Diffusion 1.4 was used to generate images corresponding to CIFAR-10, with 50,000 images for training and 10,000 for testing.
