Fruit and Vegetable Image Recognition Dataset

This dataset contains images of various fruits and vegetables, providing a diverse collection for image recognition tasks. The foods included are:

• fruit: Banana, apple, pear, grape, orange, kiwi, watermelon, pomegranate, pineapple, mango

The dataset is divided into three main folders:

• train: Each category contains 100 images.
• test: Each category contains 10 images.
• verify: Each category contains 10 images.

Each folder is further broken down into specific folders for each fruit and vegetable, containing the corresponding images.

Data collection

The images in this dataset were acquired using Bing Image Search for a personal project focused on food image recognition. The creator does not own the copyright to any of the images included in this dataset. If you are the owner of any image and have concerns about its use, please contact the creator to request its removal. The creator will promptly comply with any such request to ensure that all legal obligations are met.
