MVTEC 3D-AD Anomaly Detection Dataset

MVTEC 3D-AD, short for MVTEC 3D ANOMALY DETECTION DATASET, is a comprehensive 3D dataset for unsupervised anomaly detection and localization tasks. The dataset includes more than 4,000 high-resolution scans acquired using industrial 3D sensors, covering 10 different object categories. For all object categories, the dataset provides a training and validation set, each consisting of scans of only anomaly-free samples. The corresponding test set contains samples showing various defects such as scratches, dents, holes, contamination, or deformation. Accurate ground truth annotations are provided for each anomaly test sample.
