DOTmark Optimal Transport Dataset

DOTmark stands for Discrete Optimal Transport Benchmark, which is a benchmark for discrete optimal transport. The dataset is designed as a neutral problem set so that discrete optimal transport methods can be tested, compared with each other, and pushed to their limits in large-scale instances.

The dataset consists of images of various resolutions and grayscale levels, such as a variety of randomly generated images, classic test images, and real data from microscopes.
