VOT 2016 Dataset is the dataset used for the 2016 VOT challenge. The VOT challenge is organized by Open Challenges to provide the tracking community with a precisely defined and repeatable way to compare short- and long-term trackers, and to provide a platform for evaluation and progress in the field of visual tracking. The goal of the challenge is to establish a repository of comparable benchmarks and to organize workshops or similar events to promote visual tracking research.
