Meta Launches Muse AI Agent for iPad

Meta has expanded the functionality of its agentic AI assistant, Muse, with a new update introducing native iPad support. Following its debut nearly a month ago, the application quickly secured the top spot as a free download on Apple’s App Store. The latest release brings iPad compatibility alongside a suite of platform enhancements previously rolled out for iPhone users. The move positions Muse to directly compete with rival agentic tools such as OpenClaw, ChatGPT Dots, and Grok Bot. iPad users will experience the same autonomous capabilities found on iPhones, optimized for the larger display and iPadOS multitasking architecture. This release complements a Mac version deployed approximately a week after the initial mobile launch, which extended Muse’s utility to desktop-based workflows including file organization and complex multi-step tasks. Beyond tablet compatibility, the update significantly broadens Muse’s ecosystem through expanded third-party integrations. Users can now link the assistant to a comprehensive array of professional applications, including Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Zoom, Asana, and Klaviyo. New connectors for Granola and Notion have also been added. These enhancements are specifically tailored to small business operators, enabling the AI to autonomously strategize and execute business objectives. By accepting custom business goals, Muse can independently generate marketing campaigns, draft client pitches, and structure new product pages without constant manual input. Despite the substantial feature additions, the iPad integration was minimally highlighted in the official release notes. Nevertheless, the update underscores Meta’s rapid iteration strategy and its push to establish Muse as a versatile, cross-platform productivity agent for both consumer and professional workflows.
