The new distribution centers integrate store-level inventory data to direct robotic systems in arranging freight. By constructing intelligently layered pallets, the system optimizes loading sequences based on real-time demand signals. Pallets containing high-priority merchandise are positioned for last-in, first-out retrieval, enabling warehouse staff to prioritize critical items upon arrival. This data-driven approach has compressed trailer unloading operations from several hours to mere minutes.
