Lovable Annualized Revenue Crosses $600M as Vibe Coding Takes Off

Lovable has surpassed an annualized revenue run-rate of $600 million, establishing itself as a leading platform in the rapidly expanding vibe-coding market. Co-founder Fabian Hedin announced the milestone during a keynote address at the HumanX summit in Amsterdam, noting that the company nearly doubled its run-rate from the $500 million figure reported earlier this year. The accelerated growth stems from a strategic pivot toward enterprise adoption, with Hedin disclosing that approximately two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies now utilize the platform. Key enterprise clients include Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Deutsche Telekom, reflecting strong institutional trust in the tool’s reliability and security. Lovable differentiates itself from conventional AI coding assistants by delivering fully deployed applications rather than raw source code. The platform manages the entire software lifecycle, automating hosting, deployment, and infrastructure scaling. This end-to-end product focus has generated substantial external traffic, with applications built by users collectively attracting nearly one billion monthly visits, an order of magnitude higher than direct platform engagement. Hedin emphasized that the architecture is designed to transform initial prompts into commercially viable digital businesses, drastically reducing development cycles. Commercial momentum has been supported by substantial capital infusions. The startup has secured over $700 million in financing across two rounds within an eight-month period. In December, Lovable closed a $300 million round led by Menlo Ventures and CapitalG at a $6.6 billion valuation. The following August, the company announced a $400 million investment from Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, pushing its valuation to $13.3 billion. Investors are backing Lovable’s comprehensive approach to AI development, which addresses the persistent bottleneck of moving from prototype to production-grade software. As the industry shifts toward autonomous application generation, Lovable’s rapid revenue scaling, widespread enterprise penetration, and robust funding position it as a critical infrastructure provider. The company’s success highlights a broader technological transition, where AI tools are increasingly evaluated on their ability to deliver complete, scalable business solutions rather than isolated code snippets. This trajectory suggests a fundamental restructuring of software development workflows, with Lovable at the forefront of the next generation of enterprise-ready AI engineering platforms.
