Power Integrations (Nasdaq: POWI) has announced that Nancy Erba will join the company as chief financial officer, effective January 5, 2026. With over 25 years of corporate finance leadership experience, Erba brings a strong track record in financial strategy, operational excellence, and shareholder value creation across the technology sector. Most recently, she served as CFO at Infinera Corporation, a provider of optical networking solutions and semiconductors, from 2019 until the company’s acquisition by Nokia earlier this year. Prior to that, she held the CFO role at Immersion Corporation, a leader in haptic touch technology, from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in her career, Erba held a series of senior leadership positions at Seagate Technology, including key roles in finance, business operations, and corporate development. Erba is also a board member and chair of the audit committee at PDF Solutions, a company that delivers data analytics solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industry. She holds an MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Smith College.
