Engineering teams utilized OpenAI models to process 122 pull requests across 43 projects within weeks, while security divisions reduced critical bug remediation timelines from an estimated month to a single day. These efficiency gains prompted HP to formalize AI integration through Frontier, which functions as a unified governance and orchestration layer. The platform standardizes access management, context sharing, action permissions, and performance evaluation as AI agents move from pilot stages to production environments. Under the expanded partnership, HP is deploying AI-driven workflows across several key business units. The channel and partner ecosystem, which channels over 80 percent of revenue through 100,000 global partners, will leverage Frontier to automate self-service workflows across store, chat, and voice channels.
