EliseAI Raises $350M, Doubles Valuation to $4B
EliseAI, an artificial intelligence startup specializing in administrative automation for the housing and healthcare sectors, announced Tuesday the successful closure of a $350 million funding round that doubles its corporate valuation to $4 billion. The capital raise, which follows a Series E concluded last August, was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. The company, founded in 2017, has experienced rapid growth, recently surpassing $200 million in annual recurring revenue and reporting that its software now manages operations across one in six American apartment units. The fresh capital will support the continued deployment of Apollo, an AI teammate recently integrated natively into the EliseAI platform. Designed to function across property management and clinical administrative workflows, Apollo automates complex operational sequences ranging from leasing and maintenance to patient intake, insurance verification, and referral coordination. According to co-founder and chief executive officer Minna Song, the platform architecture enables it to execute tasks across every role within a property or healthcare team, ensuring critical workflows remain uninterrupted. The company strategic focus on housing and healthcare addresses two of the most significant financial burdens for American households, positioning EliseAI to capitalize on sustained demand for operational efficiency in these industries. This latest financing underscores strong institutional confidence in EliseAI capability to scale AI-driven automation across high-value, legacy-heavy verticals.
