Dexory Unveils Next-Gen Autonomous Robot and Storage Health Software for Smarter, Safer Warehouses

Dexory, a leader in real-time warehouse data intelligence, has unveiled its next-generation autonomous robot and a new software feature called Storage Health, designed to significantly enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and visibility. The innovations are set to debut at Manifest 2026 in Las Vegas, booth #1055, from February 9 to 11, 2026. The new autonomous robot builds on Dexory’s existing fleet, which has been deployed in live warehouse environments since 2023. The upgraded model is faster, more efficient, and capable of capturing far more data across complex warehouse layouts. With an extended scanning range of up to 60 feet—up from 40 feet in the previous version—the robot delivers high-frequency, real-time data across racks of all configurations, including double-deep, block storage, and non-racked areas. It operates safely alongside workers and equipment without disrupting daily operations. This data feeds directly into DexoryView, the company’s digital twin platform, providing a continuous, accurate, and live representation of warehouse conditions. According to Richard Williams, VP of Robotics at Dexory, the new robot ensures that operational systems reflect reality on the floor, enabling data-driven decisions based on actual conditions rather than assumptions. The robot’s modular design also supports future upgrades, such as pick face analysis or temperature monitoring, without requiring major infrastructure changes. Customers using Dexory’s current systems have already reported an 80% reduction in audit time and a 20% improvement in throughput. The new robot is expected to further amplify these gains. Complementing the hardware upgrade is Storage Health, a software feature powered by computer vision and AI. It analyzes high-resolution images captured during every robot scan to detect risks that are often missed during manual inspections. The system flags issues across all rack levels, including damaged racking, defective pallets, unstable loads, hanging shrink wrap, empty pallets, and crushed or damaged goods. These problems can pose safety hazards, create fire or contamination risks, and lead to inventory inaccuracies and financial losses. Chris Coote, Director of Product at Dexory, emphasized that many of the most serious risks occur in hard-to-reach areas where manual checks are infrequent. Storage Health enables early detection, allowing operations, safety, and inventory teams to act proactively and prevent incidents before they escalate. Together, the new robot and Storage Health reinforce Dexory’s mission to deliver complete, continuous intelligence across warehouse operations. By combining autonomous data collection with AI-powered insights, Dexory helps warehouse operators achieve full visibility, improve decision-making, and drive performance across all stages of the supply chain. The platform is already used by major logistics providers including GXO, Maersk, and DHL, as well as manufacturers like Stellantis and GE Appliances, and companies across pharmaceuticals, retail, and e-commerce.
