Cyclops Accuracy

The CYCLoPs Accuracy task aims to evaluate the accuracy of subcellular localization classification for 27,058 single-cell images of yeast cells in the WT2 dataset. This task achieves precise classification of fluorescent protein subcellular localization by analyzing the target protein and cytoplasm marked in two channels, thereby promoting the application development in cell biology research and protein function analysis.
