Calving Front Delineation In Synthetic 1
Calving Front Delineation in Synthetic Aperture Radar Imagery with Fixed Training Amount is a computer vision task aimed at accurately identifying and segmenting the calving front of marine-terminating glaciers using semantic segmentation techniques. This task employs the CaFFe dataset and fixes the number of training epochs for each network to ensure that the number of pixels seen from the training set reaches 150 times. This research helps in monitoring glacier dynamics and assessing the impact of global climate change on polar environments.
