1. Tutorial Introduction

MAGE (Monoclonal Antibody Generator) is a sequence-based protein language model (PLM) published in June 2024 by the IGLAB (Immunogenomics Lab) team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). This model is fine-tuned to generate paired human variable heavy and light chain antibody sequences targeting specific targets. It has been demonstrated that MAGE can generate novel and diverse antibody sequences with experimentally validated binding specificity against SARS-CoV-2, an emerging avian influenza strain H5N1, and respiratory syncytial virus A (RSV-A). The related research paper is titled "...".Generation of antigen-specific paired-chain antibodies using large language models".
This tutorial uses a single RTX 5090 card as the resource.

3. Operation steps
1. After starting the container, click the API address to enter the Web interface

2. Usage steps
If "Bad Gateway" is displayed, it means the model is initializing. Since the model is large, please wait about 2-3 minutes and refresh the page.
