- Videos of presentations (oral or spotlight authors) may be submitted to the conference chair;
- If a full oral presentation (20 minutes) is planned, the conference host may establish a teleconference connection with the author during the conference to conduct the presentation remotely. Details will be arranged by the conference chair;
- If you have posters to display at the evening poster presentation, you can try to ask colleagues on site to help print and display them. If that is not possible, AAAI can arrange for printing and displaying them in New York. However, this service will cost a service fee of $96.
The organizing committee stated that if remote video or video is chosen, the author would also be best to ask colleagues attending the meeting to help with the demonstration and answer questions or provide assistance in the event of a poor connection.
Chinese scholars: an important part of AAAI conferences
According to statistics, there were as many as 8,800 papers submitted to AAAI 2020, of which 7,737 entered the review stage, and finally 1,591 were accepted, with an acceptance rate of 20.6%.
