**Abstract:** On December 20, 2023, the list of recipients for the prestigious Tsinghua University Undergraduate Special Award was announced, with only ten students selected university-wide. Among the awardees is Gao Huanao, a fourth-year undergraduate student from the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University. Gao Huanao has been recognized for his exceptional academic and research achievements, particularly his work in scene understanding applied to robotics, which has led to four publications in top international conferences (ICRA and ICCV). Gao Huanao began his research journey at the Tsinghua University Institute for AI Industry Research (AIR) in July 2022.
