NDSS 2025

The NDSS Symposium stands for Network and Distributed System Security. The conference is the premier venue for promoting information exchange between network and distributed system security researchers and practitioners. Originally the Network and Distributed System Security Symposium, it was first held in 1993 in San Diego, California. The conference was a workshop of the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) Privacy and Security Research Group and was hosted by the Internet Society and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Since then, the Internet Society has hosted the NDSS Symposium to train the next generation of Internet security experts and to support open, accessible, and collaborative security research to help strengthen the Internet.
The symposium is now a five-day hybrid event, consisting of three days of the main NDSS symposium and two days of concurrent workshops and seminars. Each event brings together hundreds of security educators, researchers, and practitioners from around the world. The event is designed to encourage and enable the Internet community to apply, deploy, and advance the development of practical security technologies.
