Reld HDR Low-resolution License Plate Dataset

The Reld and HDR datasets are released by the Brno University of Technology and contain low-resolution and low-quality license plate images. The datasets are collected from real-world images rather than synthetic images and can be used for image detection research, such as recognizing license plate information in low-resolution and low-quality images.
