MVTec ITODD is a public dataset for 3D object detection and pose estimation, which focuses on industrial settings and applications. The dataset consists of 28 objects and 3500 labeled scenes, where object instances in the scenes are collected by 5 sensors (two 3D sensors and three grayscale cameras).

This dataset was released by MVTec Software GmbH in 2017. The related paper is "Introducing MVTec ITODD — A Dataset for 3D Object Recognition in Industry".
