Tahoe‑100M is a large-scale single-cell transcriptome intervention dataset generated by Tahoe's Mosaic platform. It is the world's largest single-cell dataset. The related paper results are:Tahoe-100M: A Giga-Scale Single-Cell Perturbation Atlas for Context-Dependent Gene Function and Cellular Modeling", aims to provide a real and structured experimental data foundation for large language models (LLMs) with intervention comprehension capabilities.
The dataset contains more than 100 million cells, covers more than 60,000 molecular intervention experiments, and maps the responses of 50 cancer models to more than 1,100 drug treatments.
