This dataset is from the paperMachine learning-driven optimization of the output force in photo-actuated organic crystalsThe data used in "Young's modulus" was published in 2025 by a research team from Waseda University in Japan. Young's modulus is a physical quantity that measures a material's ability to resist deformation. The larger its value, the less likely the material is to deform. This dataset contains 393 data points and aims to characterize the anisotropy of the material by measuring the Young's modulus of the crystal in different directions.
