Christmas Gift Wish List Dataset

This dataset consists of two parts: first, it contains the Christmas wish lists of 1 million children, each of whom lists the 100 gifts they most want; second, it also contains a detailed list of 1k different gifts, as well as a list of 1k well-behaved children specially selected by Santa Claus to whom he wants to distribute these gifts.

This dataset originated from an online competition, which aims to encourage participants to use this data to build an intelligent toy matching algorithm. By accurately matching children with the gifts on their wish lists, the algorithm aims to improve children's happiness and also make Santa feel satisfied because he can give gifts to the best-performing children. Such matching not only allows children to get their dream gifts, but also ensures that Santa's gift distribution plan is implemented smoothly.
