WSI Glioma Dataset

This dataset is a joint paper between Tsinghua University and Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.A transformer-based weakly supervised computational pathology method for clinical-grade diagnosis and molecular marker discovery of gliomasThe paper used the TCGA public glioma WSI dataset and the Xiangya glioma WSI dataset. The TCGA public glioma WSI dataset can be obtained from the National Institutes of Health of the United States.Genomic Data Sharing Center Detailed information about the dataset, including sample IDs and labels, is available from Zenodo Access: According to the requirements of the institutions governing the protection of the privacy of human subjects, the Xiangya Glioma WSI dataset is not open to the public for the sake of patient information privacy.

This study proposed a precise pathological diagnosis AI basic model ROAM based on large region of interest and pyramid Transformer, which is used for clinical-level diagnosis and molecular marker discovery of glioma, and can be extended to pathological diagnosis of other types of tumors.
