HELMET Motorcycle Traffic Video Detection Dataset

The HELMET dataset contains 910 motorcycle traffic video clips recorded at 12 observation points in Myanmar in 2016. Each video clip has a duration of 10 seconds, a recording frame rate of 10fps, and a resolution of 1920×1080. The dataset contains 10,006 motorcycles, which exceeds the number of motorcycles available in existing datasets. Each motorcycle in the 91,000 annotated frames of the dataset is annotated with a bounding box, and the rider number of each motorcycle and helmet usage data at a specific location are available. The structure of the rider position annotation is shown in the figure.
