FFHQ-UV-Intrinsic is an intrinsic facial attribute dataset built by Ubisoft LaForge based on the FFHQ-UV dataset. The dataset contains the intrinsic facial attributes of 10,000 subjects, including diffuse reflection, specular reflection, ambient occlusion, and translucency maps. FFHQ-UV Application on dataset MoSAR It is the first public, large-scale facial dataset that provides high-resolution intrinsic attributes.

During the construction process, in order to obtain intrinsic facial attributes, the texture maps of FFHQ-UV were first relocated to a custom topology and resized to 512×512. Subsequently, the MoSAR method was applied to obtain illumination normalization and intrinsic texture maps. These texture maps were then upscaled to 1K resolution and relocated back to the original topology. This dataset aims to provide high-quality intrinsic facial attributes for 3D face reconstruction and accelerate the development of research related to face reconstruction.
