YouTube-UGC Video Dataset

YouTube-UGC is a large-scale UGC dataset, including 1,500 20-second videos on YouTube. These videos are uploaded by users in accordance with the Creative Commons protocol and can be used for research in the field of video compression and quality assessment. The video content covers popular categories such as games and sports, as well as new features such as high dynamic range imaging (HDR). Three reference indicators are used for quality assessment: Noise, Banding, and SLEEQ.
