CompCars Car Image Dataset

CompCars stands for Comprehensive Cars, which is a car image dataset from both online and surveillance scenarios. The online data contains 163 car brands and 1,716 car models, and the surveillance data contains 50,000 front views of cars. The dataset has a total of 136,726 images of complete cars and 27,618 images of car parts. The images of complete cars are annotated with bounding boxes and perspectives. Each car has 5 attributes, namely maximum speed, displacement, number of doors, number of seats, and car type.

The dataset is mainly used for fine-grained vehicle classification, attribute prediction, and vehicle model verification, and can also be used in other areas such as image sorting, multi-task learning, and 3D reconstruction.
