The fastMRI MRI dataset is a large collection of raw MR measurements and MR images. The dataset includes knee MRI and brain (neural) MRI, and consists of a training set, a validation set, and a masked test set. It can be used to train and evaluate machine learning methods for MR image reconstruction, and also provides an introduction to the corresponding background knowledge for machine learning researchers who lack medical imaging background.
