G3D stands for Gaming 3D Dataset, which is a game action 3D dataset. This dataset focuses on real-time action recognition in game scenes. It contains 10 subjects and performs 20 game actions: “punch right”, “punch left”, “kick right”, “kick left”, “defend”, “golf swing”, “tennis swing forehand”, “tennis swing backhand”, “tennis serve”, “throw bowling ball”, “aim and fire gun”, “walk”, “run”, “jump”, “climb”, “crouch”, “steer a car”, “wave”, “flap” and “clap”.
This dataset was released at the 2012 IEEE Computer Society Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.
