Microsoft COCO Captions Image Description Dataset

The Microsoft COCO Captions dataset provides human-generated image descriptions for images in the Microsoft Common Objects in COntext (COCO) dataset. The dataset provides more than 1.5 million descriptions for more than 330,000 images.

For each image in the training set and validation set, 5 descriptions were manually annotated.
