OTB2013 is an earlier version of the current OTB2015 visual tracking benchmark. The OTB2013 dataset contains only 50 tracking sequences, while the current version of the OTB2015 benchmark has 100 sequences.
At the same time, the author also proposed a series of evaluation criteria. This dataset and evaluation criteria provide a unified testing and evaluation environment for tracking algorithms, which greatly promotes the development of early visual tracking.
