This dataset contains order data for ordinary hotels and resort hotels, with a total of 32 dimensions, including: user nationality, booking time, accommodation time, number of adults and children or infants, whether the order was eventually canceled, and the total number of times the user canceled orders before this order.

The dataset can be used for research on hotel reservation cancellation prediction, customer segmentation, customer satisfaction, seasonal booking patterns, etc.
